      The La Crosse Area Society of Human Resource Management had our silent auction event in September and we able to raise over $1000 to support the SHRM foundation. We had over 40 items to bid on from organizations around the community. I want to thank all of the organizations and members who were involved in making this event a huge success.

      It’s hard to believe it is 2015 already. Every year the LASHRM chapter starts the year off in Strategic Planning session we usually focus on direct actions we can achieve in 2015. This year we are working on more long term strategies to improve LASHRM and continue our growth and initiatives in years to come. This can be difficult for chapters as we all have full time careers as well.
